  5. ("The Freeware") constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this

  7. located at http://www.imagingassociates.com.au/licenses/freeware-license.txt.

  11. You are hearby granted a non-exclusive license to use "The Freeware" in any
  12. legal way, for purposes that are commercial or otherwise, with the following
  13. restriction:

  15. 1) You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer "The Freeware".

  17. RIGHT TO REDISTRIBUTE

  19. You are hearby granted a non-exclusive license to redistribute an unlimited 
  20. number of copies of "The Freeware" in any legal way, for purposes that are
  21. commercial or otherwise, with the following restrictions:

  23. 1) You may not repackage, rebrand or alter "The Freeware" in anyway. Any and all
  24. copies of "The Freeware" that you redistribute must be bit-for-bit identical 
  25. copies of the file originally downloaded from www.imagingassociates.com.au,
  26. including the copy of this license agreement that is built into "The Freeware".

  28. 2) If you allow copies of "The Freeware" to be downloaded directly from a
  29. website under your control, you must include a valid hyperlink to
  30. http://www.imagingassociates.com.au/ that is clearly visible on the same webpage
  31. as the hyperlink to the copy of "The Freeware" stored locally on your website.
